Refund policy

All nail services and products are NON refundable. I as the customer understand this before attempting card chargebacks and filing refund claims 

- Nail fixes/replacements can be made free of charge within 2 - 4 days of package being received with proof of damage or unusual circumstances that occurred AFTER purchase. Example (charm came off, nail broke, polish chipped) 

- TheNailFiles2 does NOT accept use of any illegal currencies or fraudulent payments/ fraudulent credit card scams (chargebacks, check scams, false money) I understand as the customer that use of said actions will result in legal action.
